Critical Terror, A Cautionary Tale of Strippers vs Aliens

This unproduced screenplay was written to be low budget and minimal sets.  Makeup/Monster effects and digital "space" effects will be required.  It is available to be licensed for production.

The unforeseen impact that Y2K had on the corporate 
world devastated the global economy. Money as it had 
been, ceased to exist after the crash of 2000. The world 
was thrown into literal darkness for decades and then 
came “The Reset.”  Hope came in the wake of the crash 
of 2069. An alien spacecraft plunged into the Pacific. 
“The Event” yielded advanced new technologies and 
sources of unlimited energy called “bats”. The 
remaining few countries of the Earth gave up their 
individual territorial skirmishes and merged into a 
single governmental entity: “THE CONGLOMORATION”; a 
technology focused anti-authoritarian government, 
unconcerned with the spread of moral depravity that has 
proliferated world-wide since its takeover. Independent 
technological innovations were not to be tolerated, 
especially those derived from found alien tech, which 
had begun falling to Earth at an increasingly frequent 
rate during the 2190s. Undercover Conglomeration 
Special Agents referred to as “Con-sorts” are now 
deployed to investigate, acquire or eliminate those 
renegade developments, or developers, that could pose 
a threat to the Conglomeration. 
The year was 2199. “The Event” led to “The 
Progression” which led to “The Reset”. And the only
